Our board of directors is comprised of individuals who have distinguished themselves through their military and civilian careers. Board members conduct regular, formal evaluations of our CEO and our company.

USAA Executive Council

The day-to-day operations of USAA's companies and staff agencies are managed by the members of USAA's Executive Council, including President and Chief Executive Officer Wayne Peacock.

As president and CEO, Peacock oversees USAA, which includes the Property and Casualty Insurance Group, Federal Savings Bank, Life Insurance Company, Investment Services Company and Alliance Services Company.
