Policy Renewal
This is the quickest and easiest way to renew. Once you have completed the payment process, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us to inform you that your renewal request will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. To check details of your newly renewed policy, please login to your Online Account.
What are the other payment methods for renewal?
- BY YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT
- Use your eWallet credits to offset your policy renewal premium amount. Login to your Online Account account here.
- By INTERNET BANKING (for Maybank Customers only)
- When making payment via internet banking, please enter your policy number in the Reference section. Policy number and premium amount can be found in your renewal notice.
- BY PAYNOW
- You can make payment via PayNow to UEN 201331905KMG1 – Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. Please reference your payment with your policy number. PayNow is supported by these Participating Banks: Bank of China, Citibank, DBS/POSB, HSBC Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank & United Overseas Bank Limited.

- Payment by Cheque is accepted and should be crossed and made payable to Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd.
How do I find my policy number?
Your insurance policy number can be found on your policy documents or any renewal notice you received from us via letter, email or SMS.
How do I change my policy details?
If you wish to make changes to your policy, you may login to your Online Account to raise a request or WhatsApp our Customer Care Team at +65 6887 8777.
I have a renewal discount stated in the renewal notice. How do I enjoy it when renewing online?
When doing a renewal on our website, your entitled discount will be automatically reflected at the final payable amount.
I am not interested in renewing my policy. Do I need you to notify you on cancelling my policy?
Yes, if you are on a GIRO arrangement to make premium payments. Please login to your Online Account to raise a request or email us at customer.service@etiqa.com.sg within 14 days before the premium payment due date, or your policy will be renewed automatically. Kindly include information such as your policy number, name, contact number and email address.
